VIQ Solutions Announces Sebastien Pare Appointed CEO and a Director Effective February 1, 2015

MARKHAM, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 18, 2014) - VIQ Solutions Inc. ("VIQ Solutions" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:VQS) announces that effective February 1, 2015 David Outhwaite will retire as Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and Sebastien Paré will succeed Mr. Outhwaite as Chief Executive Officer, such that Mr. Paré will become the Corporation's President and Chief Executive Officer as at such date. Mr. Outhwaite will remain as the Corporation's Chief Executive Officer until such date, after which Mr. Outhwaite will retire as an officer of the Corporation. In addition, Mr. Outhwaite has been appointed the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Paré a director of the Corporation, effective February 1, 2015.
